1. Eligible Products

Returns are accepted for:

- Dresses  

- Co-ord Sets  

- Crop Tops  

- Maxi Skirts  


2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

- The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.  

- All original tags and packaging must be intact.  

- Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.  


3. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted if:

- The item shows signs of use or damage.  

- Tags are missing or removed.  

- The request is raised after the return window.

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

- Email us at queenfashionamzon@gmail.com  

- Share your Order ID, product details, and reason for return  

- Attach clear images of the product  


Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and guide you further.

5. Refund Policy

- Refunds are processed after the product is received and inspected.  

- Once approved, the refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.  

- Refunds will be made to the original payment method.  

- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.  


6. Exchange Policy

- Exchanges are available for size issues or defective products, subject to stock availability.  

- If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.  


7. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery  

- Share photos/videos for verification  


A replacement or full refund will be arranged.

8. Shipping Charges

- Return shipping charges may apply depending on the reason for return.  

- No charges will be applied if the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
